I'm so afraid to get one myself. You could say I'm a chicken.
I would NEVER get one.
Plus, my mother wouldn't let it be in our house.
To the above poster. That avatar is SICK and DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a ouija board, and the only power they have is the power to separate you from your money. You want something that spins in the air, buy a Frisbee.

No...but a woman with 2 kids told me that the board said she'd have 3 kids. I want to experiment with this a little!

I believe its ouija board hon :)
I have a really cool story - that does involve the ouija board but is more about a famous person than the board..
When I was about 11 years old, I had my softball team over for a slumber party - at the time, Robert Redford was staying in the house at the end of our road while he was in town shooting a movie (Brubaker)
We stayed up all night long, playing with the ouija board - trying to channel Elvis and of course my dad had to be outside knocking on the wall freaking us out. Imagine ten 11 year old girls screaming like mad at midnight!!!!
Mr. Redford would jog every morning up and down the road (one reason he stayed in the house at the end of the road, it was a dead end road, the house had a security gate at the end of the very long driveway) and I knew this so we planned to be watching out the front window, waiting for him to go jogging by and then we were going to jog with him and ask for his autograph. We had baked a batch of brownies and chocolate chip cookies. So its about 7:30 in the morning and my mom sees him coming down the road - so we all take off - in our PJs, stocking feet - barefoot - whatever - chasing him down the road....he ran so flippin' fast it wasn't funny....he got back to the gate at the end of *his* drive and ran on up to the house - sending one of his people down to stop us....he wouldn't accept the brownies and cookies and he wouldn't give any of us his autograph either...we were all so heartbroken...
Later on, before he left town - my parents were out working in the front yard and him and his wife came walking down the road and they stopped to talk to my parents - he did end up giving us one autograph which my parents, of course, still have.....

used it once with my sister when we were kids (I'm 28, she's 35) and the questions we asked did eventually come true. Stuff we wouldn't have any control over. I think I was 9 at the time and haven't touched one since.

I had one when I was in junior high. The only cool thing it did was scare my little brother when I would move the pointer around and tell him that there was a ghost living in his closet.
