I love this question! My husband is the SNORE KING - no joke. I use ear plugs and a very heavy feather/down pillow that I cover my head with. I go to bed AT LEAST 30 mintues before he does. This usually allows me to fall asleep "safely". If, by chance, I wake up in the middle of the night (for whatever reason), I'M DOOMED. There is no chance of going back to sleep. All I can focus on is his snoring.
My husband is an amazing snorer. He snores with each breath in AND when he exhales. He snores on his back, left side, right side and stomach. Breathe Right strips DO NOT WORK with him.
I wish there were a cure....

Snoring is merely a symptom
of a potentially dangerous
situation.
Send your husband
to a Sleep Disorder Specialist.
Obstructive Sleep Apnea isn't funny.
Over the long haul it can kill.
By leading to heart disease, stroke, etc.
Do some research on it.
One product is called a CPAP.
One of my doctor's sent me
to Beth Israel Deaconess
Medical Center in Boston.
It turned out I was stopping
breathing, not just snoring,

Roll him over! Snoring is often associated with being overweight, having sinus problems, sleep apnea (wherein a person stops breathing, heart stops beating, then breathing and heart restart, with a rasping snoring sound), tonsil problems, and lots more.
Often all that is needed is to sleep on one's side, as it makes it easier to breath.
He should see a doctor to rule out any of the above-mentioned health problems or others...

Divorce him. After years of asking my ex to see a doctor, I had slept in the other room so much I decided I liked it better than staying with someone who had so little consideration for my well being. A few years later, he told me he had finally seen a doctor and didn't snore anymore. Who cares????

Does he smoke? If so, once he quits, so should the snoring. Hes snoring because hes not breathing right - have you tried those Breathe Right nasal strips? I've heard good things about them.....but my b/f quit smoking so its all good now....
Good LUCK!

Get him to see a Pulmonary specialist . He probably suffers from Sleep Apnea, which can be treated.
