It's called Orthostatic Hypotension - very common in pregnancy. Now if you are sitting still and not moving and have dizziness and/or spots in your vision and/or severe headache that Tylenol does not help you need to see your doctor right away.

You could have low sugar levels, so try eating 5 small meals a day and if you are feeling dizzy or lightheaded eat something small like a couple of biscuits or a banana. I think this will help. Make sure most things you eat are healthy like fruit, vegies, grains, nuts, fish and red meat. Also drink lots of water as you could be getting dehydrated.

i'd definantly go get checked for High Blood Pressure thats a big sign and you dont want to play with that it can lead to Pre-eclampsia. Also are you laying flat on your back or on your left side? Laying flat on your back will put the wieght of your stomach and baby onto blood vessels running up your back and can cause big blood rushes to your head when standing up. Try laying on left side its the best position for the baby.
