The word "which" implies there is more than one to choose from, so it would have to be children (plural) not child.
If you think about it you can see why. If your father only had a child (meaning just one) then you wouldn't have a brother, would you?

Which of your father's child is not your brother? very correct of which the answer is your sister. On the other hand children,will take the plural form, which of your father's children are not your brothers ?your sisters.Its a gender question.
