Late 90's is not an old actress but if that is the era you want, for me it is Glenn Close. My favorite old actresses are Katherine Hepburn (Deceased, but acted in the 90's which were her 90's as well) and Layren BaCall, stil living still acting some. She is the husky and still sultry voice on the New York Life Commericals.
