Let the one you are now smoking be the last. I used to smoke 150 to 200 a day. Stopped short one evening more than 40 years back and never smoked again.

hello,,use a substitution, in one week, I traded my cigarettes for a pipe(not dope either) and smoked the thing like a chimney when I needed to smoke I did, after a few days I lost the taste for cancer sticks, you will need a couple pipes because they need to cool down some between smokings to have some "better"flavor, they will cost about $20 each .get a good cavendish blend tobacco, smells good taste good, after this I only smoked every few hours and eventually lost the taste for smoking. give it a try.

I'd say weening off the cigarettes a little at a time. Going cold turkey may cause your body to go into shock.

try various nicotine gums to help you quit. Also, you need to have lots of will power, and realize just how bad smoking is! Some of what's in a cigarette is also used in roach poison and street tar!

You gotta really WANT to quit.

The drugs, the patches, the gum, the whole hypnosis stuff - all of that can help, but nothing will work until you want to quit badly.

You gotta want it like nothing else.
