You cannot be sure unless your period is due or you go to the doctor.
It sounds to me like you just have a virus, actually. It is fairly rare to be having morning sickness before you are late, and easy to psych yourself into whatever symptoms!

It would help to know how far off your expected period is. If it's really too early to tell with a pregnancy test than there is no way to know. Also, don't go just by "morning sickness" because it happens for women at lots of different stages in their pregnancy but not usually very very early. (Like, before a urine test would show positive). If the hormones don't show on a test, there isn't usually enough to make you sick.

Only way to find out is to take a test. Going by symptoms is very uneffective since pregnancy symptoms can be explained away by many other things such as food poisoning, a cold or flu, ect.
No one on Yahoo Answers can tell you 100% if you are pregnant. Only a test can answer this for you with some certainty.
Good luck!

Well, according to the medical books, morning sickness doesn't usually commence in pregnancy until you are 6 weeks pregnant +/-, which was fairly accurate with all of my 3 pregnancies. It is possible, however, to have other symptoms of pregnancy before you even miss your period. In my last pregnancy, within two weeks, I felt crampy, like I was going to start my period. You can take a home pregnancy test as soon as 5 days before you are to miss your period. I would recommend getting a stick one, and a digital one. I think I took like 4 home tests cause I didn't believe it!

There isn't really any way to know for sure unless you go get a blood test done or your period comes as normal. The safest thing you can do is go forward under the assumption that you ARE expecting - take vitamins, don't drink/smoke/do drugs, drink lots of water - and then if you get your period then it was for nothing but if you don't - you didn't harm the baby by doing things that aren't safe. Good luck!

That makes truthfully no experience the blood try they took could desire to no longer be as definitive as they think of. Your urine got here out constructive at residing house and at a hospital, If the urine reads constructive the blood probably reads constructive besides. The docs workplace can manage computing gadget errors merely pass to the ER tell them you obtain a good residing house urine 5 situations and you merely desire to double verify with blood. it is uncommon for the blood to postpone lots yet there is not any clarification for constructive being pregnant exams like this. (in basic terms reason could be human errors and you went a hospital that takes out human errors, in basic terms in uncommon situations could a hpt say constructive and a guy or woman no longer be in the event that they had a variety of maximum cancers yet they could have considered it on your blood)

Go to the drug store and buy a pregnancy test. Even though they say you have to wait until after your first missed period they are still very accurate at detecting the pregnancy hormone early on.

There are free clinics and health departments in every city in every state. Look up the one closest to you in the yellow pages and go by for a visit. These visits are free but the require you to watch parenting videos while you wait for the pregnancy results, it is all confidential.
