I always go on playbill.com. They have auditions for shows, as well as Broadway productions. I'm an actress as well, and I've gotten alot of good references to keep in mind. Plus, I've been at an audition listed their for Mary Poppins, and it was very organzied and fun! Good luck, pal.
(and I see your my same age. well, thats 2 things we have in common, lol)

**Oh! And PLEASE don't get an agent. You shouldn't have to pay for someone to do a job YOU can do yourself

unless you are in LA there is no way to audition for a speaking part without tons of experience and an agent

you will get a replica of a few appearing commerce magazines in l. a.. variety and HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. open calls are indexed in them. for professional auditions, you will choose an agent. they don't seem to be oftentimes open calls you will understand approximately on your own.
