NOW would be the right time to apply for next fall. Most Univs require you to be a Junior in order to transfer in so yeah now would be the good time.

Good luck with Miami.. yeesh.

Check their site and see what the application deadlines are. If you plan to start in Fall '08, I'd apply either in Fall '07, or early Spring '08.

like the others suggested, you are able to flow for the spring, whether it must be too late for some faculties. Fall flow purposes are in many situations due around march/april from what I certainly have found out. examine the web pages of the colleges you're finding at for the appliance time shrink.

Usually November-January seems to be the best time to apply to transfer.

I would start the application process as soon as possible, like tonight, just because I do not know how tough that school is.

Call admissions and ask them. 3.68 and you can't figure that out?? I fear for the future of our nation.
