Soak the shirts in Vinegar for a few hours. Thats always worked for me!! Good Luck.
PS I forgot to say "Before Laundering as normal"
also, Vinegar works great as a fabric softener. Just put a cup in the wash as you would Liquid Softener :D

Spray and Wash worked miracles on all the stains on my clothes. Now I use Shout and it seems to work just as well. I'm guessing most stain removers should do the job.

Here's another suggestion: (Pumice) Fast Orange hand cleaner, available from places such as Ace Hardware and Checker Auto. Its name is Fast Orange and it contains pumice.
It does a good job of removing stains, even oil stains from shirts.

** Try soaking fabric in enzyme containing laundry powder ov/night, then launder in warm water.
* Long Term Fix - Botox injections will reduce sweating & future stains.
A popular alternative to surgery these days is injections with the toxin, Botox. Best known for relaxing facial muscles, it temporarily prevents sweating by paralysing the nerve endings.
"It typically involves about 12 small injections to each armpit," says cosmetic physician Dr Roy Saleh.
"The best sites for the injections are identified by swabbing the armpits with iodine and dusting them with powder to see which areas are sweatiest.
"The needle doesn't go deep, and the pain is similar to the discomfort of plucking eyebrows.
This really works!!
Good luck.

OxyClean. Put a cup of white vinegar in a full load of laundry too... this helps with smells. I know vinegar smells bad but it really works. Just put it in at the beginning of the load. Still put detergent in. If the stains make your shirts smell too, this will get the smell job done.
