It's called Drift Away, originally a song from 1972 by Dobie Gray, but it's been remade numerous times, most recently by Uncle Kracker.

Name of it is Drift Away sang by Dobie Gray but Uncle Kracker also came out with a version on it a few years ago (same thing)
