The songs I'm going to list are based on the stories the songs tell and the genius lyrics that have been included in them. Iron Maiden's BEST songs are about history or great fictional books. That's the reason why I like all these Iron Maiden songs as my favorites: Rime Of The Ancient Mariner (13 minutes of PURE EPICNESS!) Paschendale When The Wild Wind Blows Hallowed Be Thy Name Mother Russia Alexander The Great Wasted Years Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son El Dorado Reincarnation Of Benjamin Breeg Now these songs I like just because they're fun and catchy: Number Of The Beast Can I Play With Madness The Trooper Even Iron Maiden's "fun" songs still have facts of history in them. It just goes to show that Iron Maiden are GODS of music and literature. They deserve more fame than any artist out there today.
