I seriously have doubts that there are any presidents in U.S. history that even comes close. Corruption, lies, just stand in line and follow one antother from bush.
A scandal is not the story, but rather the quanitity is the story. It is a positive trend with no end in sight. One corrupt issue after another.
Has to be some sort of record. Probably more than all our former leaders combined. (not that Bush is our legitimate leader)

the Bush presidency is a record setting presidency. There are way too many record set to list here.....let me just list out a few to give you a whiff of the stench:
record budget deficits, record trade deficits, record attack on american soil on americans, record consistently high gas prices, record warfare, record war profiteering, record illegals influx, record outsourcing of jobs, record anti citizen legislation, record low opinion of americans world wide, record feeling by american people that the country is headed in wrong way, voted worst president in USA history by non partisan historians, voted worst president since world war 2 by americans polled.......and on and on........
record torture allegations, record secretive government, record over 800 signing statements saying that Bush is above the law and does not have to abide by laws of the country.....and on and on....

In the pantheon of corrupt leaders, Bush will join Idi Amin,
