I'm just wondering..... is this an isolated case of my having an extreme craving for junk food..... or, is it a lack of self-restraint? Or do others find themselves in this predicament also? LOL .....

It is like 100 calorie snack packs. They are no good if you eat 5 packages. Ha.

I tried weight watchers once. It didn't work for me.
I ate just what I was supposed to, then I had my regular meals and it seemed like I gained more weight than before.
So I only ate one of their deserts at a time. Usually not more than 6 or 8 times a day.
Don't know what went wrong !
