No. Too much bad stuff in it. Now a quart of good Scotch is a very acceptable substitute for a meal.

Sure - you've got all 3 major food groups there -sugar, starch and preservatives. Throw in a couple bags of Doritos and you're set for the day.

Yes but I'm worried you won't get enough sugar intake.. I suggest that you add a chocolate bar and call it desert. One thing you don't have to worry about your chemical intake. I think you have that food group covered..
