my guess is no unless Lucas needs some more billions of dollars.

I know that Lucas is doing two tv shows
also about 8 months ago, something surfaced in cinescape.com of two tv movies, each 1 hr long.
But there is one other thing.
About a year ago, i heard a story about a guy who ran into Lucas on a beach.
this took place soon after Ep 3 came out. Word was Lucas was done with Star Wars.
The guy asked George if he was ever going to do another movie since there had always been talk of ep 7-9
Lucas said that at least for now he was done with the movies.
He asked George if he did ever do another, would it be a prequel or a sequel
Lucas said that there is only one story he might consider someday doing.
800 years before Ep 1 a young yoda helps win the original sith wars.

Lucas said there won't be, and other than a few funny star wars knockoffs like Space Balls, that looks like it will be the case.
However, fans continue to produce films, the most famous being Star Wars: Revelations. Check it out in my ifilm link. Also, some of those funny star wars knockoffs are in the blogspot link.

Not at this point, but a continuation of the animated "Clone Wars" TV series is to debut the end of this year. (Although I've yet to read on what channel) This time around, the episodes are in half-hour segments and feature "3D" computer animated characters.
A live action series set in the time between Episodes III and IV is also in the works ...due in 2009 at this point.
