Who knows or can recommend a good motorcycle shop in Los Angeles California.?

I'd like to get some work done on my v-star and the shop where I bought my bike won't do it. I want to change the pipes to louder ones and everything else that needs to be done to run properly. Of course Ca. legal exhaust pipe kit.

Are you buying the pipes and bringing them with the bike to the shop? Or will the shop supply the pipes?
