we always used to talk in email and stuff, and in her profile she even wrote i was her bff, but now it's all shattered... what should i do now?

Try calling her. Try reaching her some how. Email her. IM her, whatever!! And what do you mean "shattered"? Maybe she's just taking a break, that's all. I really wish I could help. I really do. I've lost people on this site too.
