I suggest buying some heavy duty Velcro (the stick-on variety, not the kind you have to sew on) - which you can find at either a fabric store or often at a hardware store - I would use one large piece in the center of the mattress, matching up to the mating piece on the boxspring, as well as a piece near each of the four edges of the mattress/boxspring. It's quite inexpensive.
THAT should solve the problem!

I bought a thin pad made of foam rubber and put it between the mattress and box springs. You cannot buy this at a regular store, you have to go to one that sells foam, like an upholstery place. Its not 100%, but it sure works good.

Hi...not positive this will work, however it works on alot of things....those kitchen cabinet liners that prevent glasses, etc., from sliding around. They are made of some sort of rubbery material, with tiny holes and when u buy it, it is rolled up like paper towels are rolled only smaller. u can buy at dollar store, walmart, etc...and cost usually between 1-3 dollars. They are useful for many things and shouldn't be a waste of money. You wouldn't need much...good luck.

I think Blueink has the right idea. My mattress slides off the box spring too, I didn't think it happened to anyone else.

I agree with the foam. I have a foam sheet underneath and it works like a charm. My sheets don't slip off and it keeps the top mattress still! Good Luck

Have you tried putting a big beach towel or bath sheet inbetween the two mattresses? Stopped my problem. Hopefully yours too!

Sounds like the mattress is wider than the box springs...........
too much activity........................
I've never had that problem with my bed sets; the mattress always stays put.
