y(t) - your graph
y'(t)= velocity - or the slope
y"(t) = acceleration - or the slope of the slope of y'(t)

let y'(t2)= (y2-y1)/(t2-t1)
y'(t3)= (y3-y2)/(t3-t2)

then

y"(t2)= (y'(t3) - y'(t2))/(t3-t1)
