Serge is the french translation for Serguei the russian name.
It's a common name for males in France.
Pronounce it : SAIRJ'
(pronounce "ai" like in: pair)

The christian name Serge is indeed a french name for males.
Even though its origin comes from Sergius, a very famous roman family !

and in my language, you pronounce it : sayr - je !

Bonne journée !

almost the same except with a very soft 'g' sound, like in 'rouge' (the other word for blush makeup). i don't know if it's french. also the 'e' would sound more like in 'air' for the Ser part 'Sairge', and you'd have to make a French 'r'.

the Russian would be spelled Sergei. the Spanish Sergio.
