I just cut off the mold. Its still good, just aging well.

We don't have cheese around long enough to get moldy. But, if it did,
I would have to toss it because I am allergic to mold.

I cut off the mold. Even tho the spores do invade the surrounding area and are too microscopic to be seen at first.

Usually I just slice off the green, but today I had to toss an entire thing of freshwater mozzerella. It wasnt green. but smelled like feet!
