I know that so far the anime show Nana has 47 episodes or something like that, but I want to know if there is going to be a second season for it. I've been searching everywhere for the answer.

Well, on the last episode. [In the very end] They said they would probably continue. But they weren't sure.
But I'm 100% sure that Nana the manga is ongoing.

Since the manga is still coming out, chances are the anime will continue as well.

There isn't one out, and one hasn't been announced, so while I do not think that it is very likely, it is possible that one could be released in future. But like I said, I wouldn't wager any money on that. Sorry.
