Use the Google, Yahoo! or other web browser to search for all websites with the words of what you're looking for.
If you type in "leather products" you will get over 15,000,000 websites listed for you to investigate. If you type in "goods made from leather" you get 2,780,000 websites to check.
If you refine your search further, let's say by location, so you'd type in "where to buy leather goods in Spain", for example, there will be fewer websites listed for you to investigate.
Usually just looking at the full titles & short summary of the websites listed will help you narrow them down even further.
Just keep typing more words into your search line until you get the fewest amount of websites listed, then you'll have to look through all of them - at least as far as I know. If there's a better way - hopefully we'll both learn about it.

You need to be using google a lot more to search / browse through. There are millions of websites available.

That's why it's called a "web browser" - you BROWSE the web looking for the information you seek.
