Simple, they made Canada a minor socialist nation with minimal influence in the middle east, so no one sees any particular benefit in flying planes into whatever skyscrapers they have up there. I feel pretty safe from terrorists, too. I live in SJ, a town with /no/ internationally known landmarks, that most people outside the bay area either have never heard of or think is in Costa Rica. Now, if I lived next to the TransAmerica Pyramid in SF, I might be a little worried. Obscurity is a great defense against terrorism, and the Great White North has it in spades ... well, snowshovels.

Canada has a less aggressive foreign policy which causes them to make a fewer enemies.

Canada is a member of NATO and has mnay fine men and women serving in Afghanistan.

If our prime minister had his way, hed wake up everyday smelling Georges hair. But luckily he has a minority governement. Not enough of us were stupid enough to believe his "over there" ideology. Although we are getting a lot of our boys killed, just not in Iraq.

canada has way better forieign policy our problem is we piss everyone else off so they hate... they dont have a reason to hate canada
