Bill Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, a man wanted by the Justice Department for selling illegal Iranian oil under a US embargo and later found out to be selling illegal Iraqi oil under a UN embargo and the largest private donor to the Clinton presidental library.
Denise Rich, the wife of Saddam's personal oil broker, donated 1 million dollars to the democrat party.

Former American fugitive Marc Rich was a middleman for several of Iraq's suspect oil deals in February 2001, just one month after his pardon from President Clinton, according to oil industry shipping records obtained by ABC News.
And a U.S. criminal investigation is looking into whether Rich, as well as several other prominent oil traders, made illegal payments to Iraq in order to obtain the lucrative oil contracts.

Marc Rich's socialite ex-wife has donated an estimated $1 million to Democratic causes, including $70,000 to Hillary Clinton's successful Senate campaign and $450,000 to the Clinton presidential library fund. She also lobbied heavily for Marc's pardon.

No, they don't care unles it's a republican that's doing the illegal or immoral deed. They will berate Pres. Bush for commuting Scooter Liby's sentence for a "process crime", not understanding the difference between a pardon and commutation, while completely ignoring the former president's pardoning of a wanted fugative.
EDIT:
Bond, You say you care about gas prices and 3600 Americans dead, what about the 3000 that were killed when the towers fell?
As far as the gas, do you care that the entity making the most money off of a gallon of gas is the government through taxes? Or that the environmental wing of the democratic party won't allow the US to retreive any of the oil reserves that have recently been found? You blame Bush and the oil companies for the price of gas being high, and that's you right, but the oil companies don't set the price for gas anymore that the American farmer sets the price for the grains that he grows and sells. That's all done through the open market. I will agree that the refineries have alot to do with the price of gas by manipulating output, but the refineries operate separately from the oil companies.

When it comes to money that will help a democrat get elected, they don't care whether the money was tainted or not. To the democrats, money is money. Even when Bill Clinton allowed missile technology, along with our national security, to be sold to Red China, for $1.3 million in kickbacks from the seller, Loral Corp, the Dems went along with it as Clinton needed the money to finance his reelection campaign,

I can tell you with certainty that no Democrats gives a flip about any of that. It's just not important what Democrats get away with, it's bragging rights. What's important is if anybody else tries to get away with anything.
I always get the same responses when I point out things, it's awful the way people can support questioning Bush's motives, etc. This, and that, but when someone questions what Democrats are doing well then, you are accused of just, digging up old and outdated, unimportant trash that nobody cares about anymore, and you should probably just focus on what is going on now.
It's like they are brainwashed seriously. Put facts in front of them and they just, deny it. It's really weird to tell you the truth.

Of course I care....do Republicans care that the Bush family has FAR more extensive ties with Bin Ladens (sp) family?
Do republicans care that Halliburton (sp) (where Cheney worked and has many friends and who gives countless money to the GOP) has made a FORTUNE through the war in IRAQ.....
Unlike Republicans... we don't need to blindly worship our leaders...we can accept faults and weaknesses, but trust me...the Republicans don't want to start pointing fingers on this issue.

It seems that people of your political persuation have no positive issues to speak about, so you try to focus attention on the past. It must be difficult to be aligned with a policy that no one likes.
