About ten to 15 minutes. I have always longed to find a good hairstyle for my curly hair. I hate having to straighten it, but when it's curly, it just looks unkept. I have that in-between hair- not curly enough to have the ringlets, yet not straight enough to look well groomed when I just let it dry naturally. Since I've never been big on spending alot of time on my hair, the quickest way to make it look decent is just by straightening it. :)

5 minutes with a hot iron. I can't use the hand held ones, my hair is too soft and it just doesn't bother straightening.

I was in a play once where I had to have straight hair - it took four hours and six tubs of hair gel and it was STILL curly!

I gave up on that years ago after an unfortunate incident with the flat iron.
