I'm not really up on Persian name pronunciation, but that one, I think, sounds the nicest, and probably the closest to English culture if you are going for an amalgamation.

ok, as an american it is hard for me to pick one of these since they are not familiar to me and i'm not sure how some would be pronounced. if by chance you are now an american citizen, here are some other persian boy names that would be easily pronounceable to americans and also not subject the child to unfair name calling due to this heritage. children (and some) adults can be bigots and you don't want to burden your child in the workplace. will farshad be given a fair shot at job interviews or will he not even get a call to come in?

I like Makan and Reza! Their nice names.
"2boys3dogs" you didn't have to put that, that was very rude of you. If you didn't like any of them you didn't have to answer. Or if you FELT the need to answer this question, you could of suggested some names (since it sounds like your an expert at baby names) or simply put, i didn't really like those names but if you liked them thats fine.

I don't really like any of them. But if I had to choose I would say Soroush / Sorush. It sounds kinda cool, but not necessarily a good name for a person.
