Turn the heat down to simmer and cover for ten minutes. Strain the tea water through an old but clean white t-shirt. What you don't drink right away you can refrigerate and use later. One cup and if you have a couch made of concrete you will think it is the softest thing you ever sat on. Why, because lobelia inflata is the strongest natural muscle relaxant on earth.
