I have found that since agreeing not to masturbate at the request of my girlfriend, that i find it harder to maintain an erection. Is this due to a lack of external stimuli?

Masturbation is harmless in moderation, but it is in no way necessary for a good sex life. Your brain is your biggest sex organ -- really! -- so if you THINK that not pleasuring yourself will interfere with getting erections, then it will, but the problem is above your ears, not below your waist.

so some distance as i'm in touch masturbation won't result your intercourse existence. in case you're 33 yrs previous and are able to do it 4 to 5 situations an afternoon merely keep doing what you're doing as long because it is not interfering with the different issues on your existence which you are going to be able to desire to do.

Go back to masterbating...if sex life improves then yes it can affect YOUR sex life. There is no general rule that applies to all here. Wonder why your gf wanted you to stop to begin with? How was sex life before you stopped?

Yes it will make you want sex more....masturbation is good to relieve stress and some (not all) sexual tension.

Also you might orgasm sooner....so if you want to last longer keep on rubbin'.
