Hmmm....I think it would be the last time I found myself eating Ben & Jerry's right out of the carton. I was definitely not limiting myself to the 1/2 c. approved portion size.

A week after joining the army.. I caught my self singing all those racistic songs about an other nation along with the other soldiers.. i was wondering how did i fell to that. i disgusted my own self, and my whole nation.
I left the army by the way after that incidence.. Now am a "traitor". But i dont give a ****.

Every time I make a rude comment about someone, my friends all laugh, so I feel a momentary high, but a few seconds later I feel absolutely disgusting.

Just about a half hour ago while I was leaving a shopping center parking lot and saw two guys about to duke it out over a parking spot...I was like, "Damn! Bronx Tale in the houze!"

Around Easter time of this year when I allowed someone to lead me down a rat hole. I let him take my furniture, and my self respect. I moved out of his apartment, back to my own home. (I own my house)
I have since learned that he lost his job by stealing from tenants.
I hated myself for being so stupid and blind.

when i let jealousy get in the way of my friendship with my best friend. when i loved that i shut her out and made her feel sad. when i loved the feeling of feeling inferior and wanted to vent by taking it out on her. :[

almost every six months or so when i LOOK at my butt. Then i work out and get rid of it and then six months later the cycle repeats itself.
