Go to a friends, neighbours or cafe that has internet access.
Visit http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html and download this program
Save it to a usb stick, etc.
Go home
Plug USB into your PC and run the software
Once it completes look at the top right hand side under "Main Circuit Board "

This will tell you the manufacturer of the mother board and the model number.

Go back to friends or neighbours
Search google using the manufacturers name, go to their site.
Look for a "support" or "downloads" section and then search their site using the model number.

Try to download a driver bundle (collection of driver for that particular motherboard)
Once the download completes, find the downloaded file, double click it and follow the instructions.

If after doing that you still have devices trying to install when you log into you PC, try downloading an "unknown device identifier" software like "Driver Magician" from http://www.download.com/driver-magician/...
This should identify any devices that aren't installed, you can then use this info to search the internet for the manufacturers website, and again search for the appropriate drivers.
