If the man or woman desires to take action, so long as it does now not have any aspect final result which might result in the harming of others and is completed in a managed challenge, then I see not anything fallacious with it. Read other peoples work. Seek inspiration; watch animals and insects at opportune moments. (I was lucky enough to have seen a spider taking its victim about an hour ago.) I like to read articles on wikipedia.org. It's a great inspiration to my drawings. I carry around a small black notebook every where I go. That way if I think of something, I can write it down; then I can look through my notes when I'm stuck.

Read, not for the story, but study how the words are used. Focus on the vocabulary and grammer style. Brainstorm or use timed writing assignments....choose a topic and write as much as you can in the given time period. Then review. Have others read your pieces and give criticism. Write, write, write, and then, write a little more. Good luck, have fun.
