wtf,,,,,and you know I don't swear,,,
a pound?? only a bulimic would eat that many almonds,,
but in another light, they are high in vitamin E and protein.
I personally would recommend 10 almonds a day to contribute to good health on a vegetarian/beer diet.

Nope...Almonds are very good for you but you need to diversify your intake of food. Now a pound of Lentils....Yes! Better than a steak dinner. But lentils are a legume, Almonds are nuts. Better as a snack....

Ah yes the ol nuts for dinner huh.... I would say that is very nutritious, just don't stray to far from the toilet in the morning... if ya know what I mean.... ; D

i don't think its the best option for dinner but its better than no dinner at all.
