The brain is the most powerful force on Earth, it's amazing what you can breed just with your thoughts. With a world full of negativity, its so much easier to dwell on whats wrong, I always try to stay on the positive side, because thoughts really do manifest into things.

mostly my thoughts are pleasant and occasionaly they tend to be anxious, unpleasant, or fearful..but i would never call them calm.
