If you can delete things off your other computer to get memory back and lessen the space. However, the Sims2 game takes up a lot of space, its a far greater game than the sims and you can download a lot of stuff off the internet, get expansion packs etc to enhance the game. However, if you can't delete things off your other computer, I'd save up for a new hard drive if you need it and use it for other purposes or soley as a gaming PC.

It depends on what your computer is used for computer gaming (upgrade) or just a multi-tasking computer, then get the game. However, be warned if you download stuff from the internt into your game, a lot will slow the game down and take up memory.
