Don't wear undies, or if you do wear loose cotton ones. It needs to breathe down there. I wouldn't say necessarily cause an infection, but it can cause some problems. Loose pyjamas are good too.
There are debates on about bras. I was always told no, and I find it more comfortable not. Most people I know don't either. I have heard some people do, but not with wire. I have also heard it can be linked to various things, although not stunting breast growth, more to do with not letting the skin breathe and stuff, but I haven't taken a look at studies and don't know how convincing they are. I meant to look it up.

Some women would wear a bra to bed for many reasons but it will not stunt breast growth. I don't sleep with my bra on or panties on because I like the freedom when I am sleeping in the warmer months. Other wise in the winter months I wear things that keeps me warm in bed but still allows my skin to breath ar night.

Why most women still wear or would want to wear bra or panties to be is an indoctrination issue really. Women that lived alone will have a higher instance of not wearing a bra or panties to bed because they are not in a family situation like when living with their parents. But that still wear panties and bra to bed are not matured out of childhood habits because as children women wear panties to bed and the bra comes later as their body matures because they are still living at home. So when they are in an intimate relationship women feel weird not to wear panties to bed because they don't know any different. Women with young children that sleeps in the same bed with them will still wear panties for obvious reason.

I take my bra off as soon as possible after I get home. But I've never heard of it stunting growth. I've heard lots of other weird things about wearing bras, but not that.
And if you wear cotton underwear, you should be fine. But I don't wear undies to bed either.

Neither is true.
Wearing underwear to bed will not cause infection or stunted breast growth. I wear both, and my breasts are DD's. Your breast size isn't affected by wearing a bra to bed- only by your genes and weight.
Also, it's best to wear cotton underwear. But wearing it to bed will not cause an infection.

This is all untrue !!! I sure wouldn't and don't wear a bra to sleep and used to not wear undies and I think it is good to air it out when I sleep, with my sleeping shirt or gown. Now I have to wear undies because of physical issues. I am over 50, lot of experience.

wearing bras to bed won't do anything to you. it's a personal preference and I just started not wearing mine and I feel a lot more comfortable. and for the undies, if they're cotton, you can wear them, but again, I just started not wearing them and it was more comfortable. Wearing undies in the day is also optional. It's really comfy without them, but if you wear a skirt, you may want to. it's up to you

Well, wearing a bra will not stunt the growth of your breast but it is awefully uncomfortable.
It is totally up to you but you can go without wearing a bra...But the panties but, that again is up to you.
Do whatever feels right...If your comfortable with not wearing panties, then go and have fun....
Well, good luck!!!
Peace!!!

That's not at all true. I wear both of those to bed, and my breasts are normal size and I haven't got any infections or anything like that. :)
