It is up to you to make sure you share your living quarters with people you can tolerate. You have every right to approach your landlord and discuss alternatives - see if they are willing to release you from your lease agreement.

You should have a serious discussion with your roommates.

Are you the only roommate upset about this? If not, talk to the others about putting pressure on the troublemakers.

You could move out. Depending on how the lease is written, you may still be responsible for your portion of the rent, or your roommates may have to pick it up (you may still be technically responsible to them, but not to the landlord).

Then, threaten to move out and leave them with all the rent if they don't straighten up. If it doesn't work, you may have to just move and eat the expense.

You could probably get a trespass warning issued, however if you wish to keep the peace between your roommate, and yourself I would have a serious sit down talk with him first.
Getting a trespass warning issued will most certainly involve calling the police.

Why don't you talk to your roommate before you start calling the police. Just a thought.

If your roommate is on the lease and they are his/her guests, there is NOTHING you can do about it. Move out.
