No you have to wait at least 4 or more hours. If you try to do so before then it would just tell you that you have to wait at least 4 hours.

Actually it is not possible. They give you a time that expires so you can choose a best answer. They send you a message when your question will expire. When you do ask a question they take five points away. But when you choose a best answer they give you three points Back. so really you ask a question for two points. So that's cool!

Nope, and I'm glad! I wanted to pick one that I was sure was the best. It wouldn't let me so I went to bed and went to do it in the morning, there were two other answers much better.

Possible. Depending on what level your on. I'd say maybe level 6 or 7.
