I always wear my underwear during the day, but I was reading some site last night and it said that the only reason to wear underwear in the day is to prevent discharge onto your clothes and that it's easier for your vagina to breathe without them. Should I stop wearing?

I don't wear them allot. I mean its a bad idea to not go without themwhen you have a skirt on or tight pants and whatnot. I like not having them on all the time i think it helps acually. You can stop wearing them if you want I mean its really up to you go without them for a day and see if ya like it if not then just keep wearin them.

Yes, it's true that it is easier for the vagina to 'breathe' when you're not wearing underwear. However, you should still wear underwear during the day, especially if your fabric is rough or uncomfortable. Whenever you go to sleep just don't wear underwear and it will let your vagina 'breathe' enough. During the day, also switch to cotton underwear. Good luck!

Many women go commando, it is a personal preference.
There is no proof about the breathing part, wearing a cotton panty allows for air to come in, wearing lacy also...But overall wearing panties serve three causes: (1) keep wetness from entering clothing, (2) protect and cleaniliness, (3) slight conservative and modisty. Now if you decide not to wear panties, good for you, if you decide to wear panties, good for you...It is only an issue of your personal preference...

Most people I know don't wear undies to bed.

u should wearing them when at school and stuff. but can not wear them when at home or in bed.

I have been told this by a GYN. I would use some discretion though. Skirts, dresses.......When you do wear them they should have a cotton crotch.

Well it's your opinion if you want to wear them or not :) I wear mine night and day but you can try and see if it's comfortable to you, good luck!

well like if you do the you cant really sit criss cross apple saulce and like guys can lookup your skirts..but like if you wear jeans or sumthing then i guess that that will be ok
