You can't catch a cold from becoming cold or wet. It's a virus and you have to be exposed to it. If you got a cold after dancing in the rain, then you already had the virus in your system and it's a coincidence.

Yep. While the rain doesn't cause the cold directly, it does stifle the immune system so that you are more prone to catching cold.
