Does smoking weed really stunt ur growth?

Smoking anything inhibits growth. You are lower your intake of oxygen and replacing it with smoke from a burning bush! Perhaps that sounds too literal but it is in fact a reality.

Smoking anything can cause damage. Hell, if you were in a room full of candles burning or a garage with car exhaust or smog or whatever it would effect your lungs which in turn deliver oxygen to your blood. Constant exposure to smoke (any) causes damage to your lungs. Lower oxygen intake causes damage to many tissues, not just the lungs.

You bet your sweet @ss it does! It also interrupts blood flow to your penis resulting in lowered sex drive & can cause erectile dysfunction or impotence. Not to mention causing mouth, tongue, lung, throat, or pancreatic cancer. How can marijuana affect me physically? umm I smoked a lot of weed and I'm 5' 6" so I am short
but my parents are short too and they never smoked weed.
