If she is in early labor, then delivery could be many hours away. If her contractions are more than 5 minutes apart then you have plenty of time. Call her doctor and put them on alert. If she is in early labor, your aunt should have no trouble walking and talking through these contractions. Just help her pass the time until they get closer apart. Watch a movie or go for a walk. Help her pack a hospital bag.
If her contractions are less than 5 minutes apart and very painful, get in the car and drive to the hospital as soon as you can get a bag packed. Take a towel for the car just in case.
If she is feeling an urge to push or you feel the baby might be coming any minute now, then get some clean towels handy and call 911. Help will be on its way.

Ask her what she needs. She may need you to call her doctor, or she may just need you to give her a back rub and help her walk around.
