Offer things that are hard to find at other places, and you will attract the most attention. Everyone and their mother offers Naruto for download, so having series like that won't make your site very attractive to new visitors.

One thing I immediatly see is that you have a Detective Conan link. Like almost all other sites though, you don't have all of them. If you can get all 400+ episodes and movies, I would use your site to point to people who always ask "Where can I find Case Closed/Detective Conan."

If you are able to attract people with rare series like this, then people will stay and download the not so rare stuff from you as well.
