my bf punched me when he got mad at me for dumb reasons.hes done it 5 times...can it affect me?plz help

For starters, I would leave him immediately! There is absolutely NO WAY that he loves you if he punched you.
Although it is doubtful that he caused any internal bleeding, it is possible. You should go to the hospital to have it checked out. He should be arrested for assault at the same time.
The bigger issue is the emotional abuse you will have to go through if you allow him to stay in your life. He is an abuser - not a boyfriend. If you stay with him, you will only allow him to control you and hurt you more and more - he might possibly kill you in time because of his sick need to control women.
Leave him for good and get yourself check out.

mgctouch gives good advice. Get out of there hon - if he is hitting you while he is your boyfriend - imagine how bad it will get later.
As much as you might want to - you cannot change him. Do what is best for you and get out of the relationship.
Yes it can affect you - internal bleeding and bruising to start with - my cousin lost a baby when her BF hit her in the stomach while she was pregnant. That's only the physical stuff - what it can do to your self esteem and self worth can be even worse. When my cousin was going through that whole horrible thing and then went back to the guy my aunt asked a doctor what would make her do that - go back to a man that abused her so badly? The doctor told her this:
Many abused woman know the man that is abusing them is no good - but then think: If this piece of **** thinks I am no good - what would a real man think of me? So they stay. Please get out before you become a statistic.

how about get balls call the police it can cause uterin problems internal bleeding ect..

get ur stuff and leave the stupid b****** now cause that could cause pregnancy difficultys later and he could end up hurting you severly or even killing you so LEAVE NOW
