Have you tried disconnecting the wired router and connecting directly to the wireless router? Then you can reset and reconfigure the router if required. If you need to reset it will revert back to the default settings and passwords; you will then need to reconfigure (all of this will be in the router manual or can be downloaded from the router website). The default settings often differ between router manufacturers.

I would suggest that the router connected directly to the Internet is used as the primary (enable this DHCP Server) and the second router (disable the DHCP Server) should be given a fixed LAN IP Address rather than being dynamically assigned then you will always be able to access both routers. If you leave it to be assigned by DHCP Server you will not know what the IP Address will be, because it may change every time it is switched on. Good luck.

Let's start with this.

There's only a few circumstances where you need more than one router. If you were to need more than one, the wireless router should be connected to your Cable or DSL network bridge and the wired router should be connected to one of the 4 (typically) LAN ports on the wireless router.

In your current scenario, turn off and unplug the wired router entirely. Set it and any cables off to the side in a neat pile.

Connect an Ethernet cable from your Cable or DSL network bridge to your wireless router WAN or Internet port.

Disconnect the power cable from your Cable or DSL network bridge for 30-45 seconds. Then plug it back in.

Now try the http://192.168.1.1 bit.

The usual default IP address of Linksys wireless routers is 192.168.1.1. If you can't login with that IP then reset the router by unplugging it, hold in the reset button while plugging it back in and hold it for about 20-30 seconds. Now try to log into 192.168.1.1.

Why do you have two routers? Only one of them can have the 192.168.1.1 address. Right now I suspect they both are configured for the same address and your old wired router is detected first. Moreover, only one of them should be assigning IP addresses to other computers on your network through DHCP.

Have you tried connecting the wireless router directly to your modem (replacing the non-wireless one)? That should work.

If you really wanted to chain two routers together, they would need to be configured for different subnets- one of them could use 192.168.1.x but the other would be something like 10.10.1.x

For a start you can't use 2 routers on the same network. They conflict. You should have bought a wireless access point, this plugs into the router and provides wireless connection. 192.168.1.0 is not an IP address, it is a network address indicating the start address of 192.168.1.1

Try use 192.168.0.1, some routers like mine have a zero then a one at the end.
