i want to make a website (which should contain atleast a homepage and atleast 8 link pages, and comment box, html coding (so you can put pictures animations and cursours and etc) is there any websites which could help you to make a website like i wanted. i dont need a blog, like wordpress. i need a web site with web pages comment box and link pages. and i want to design them, like i want to put animations cursours and pictures and ofcourse texts.
is there anyway that you could do this for FREE? please help me! please i really want to make a website about my old village

you have defferent choices
first :the easy way
go to
http://geocities.yahoo.com
then SignIn
and click on Free Web Site
when the page open
click on Create & Upload Tab
then click on Yahoo! PageBuilder
then click on The Picture
after that you will see an interface for the program
then you can do any thing you want
Second:
if you know a web code language such as HTML
,JSP, PHP....etc
first you want a Hosting ( You can find a lot of Sites Sell Web Hosting)
then Design the Web Site on Your Computer
then Upload it to the Web Hosting
after that you will see Your Web Site

You need a server, either your own personal one or one you rent. Yahoo has a very good web hosting and you get your own domain. Anyway, I'm not sure about HTML, but they are dreamweaver and frontpage capable. And Y! has a page designer feature to help hose not gifted with HTML.

You have been mislead.
There is No way for free.
First you must have a Domain Name
You must have a Web Hosting Service,
And you must have the availability to the Software to develop and maintain your site.

yahoo gives you a free web page with tools to build it.
but if you want your own .dom yahoo also sales them for a month to month fee and also has free tools to build it .
