I assume you mean the Patriots, and the Patriots is a better team of these two. The reason is Tom Brady the Patriots QB who's has won 3 Super Bowl with a 12-2 record in the playoff and the Panthers QB Jake Delohme been to a Super Bowl and never won it. Plus Delohme is an up and down QB to much, not consistence enough. And the Patriots is a better all around team than the Panthers. So the Pats is a better team of the two.

Patriots. They were better in the 03 superbowl(barely), and things haven't improved for the Panthers since.

The patriots have a better d then the panthers easily. its better then most teams actually. Tom Brady can make any reciever look good but now w/their endless WR core they may be making him look good. & their RB can get it done so they will have endless weapons & offense, & will shut down opposing offenses w/their Defense

even though I'm completely against Massachusetts teams, I would go with Patriots.
