Does he really have an accent and is he really from scotland or is that all an act.(if it is an act sometimes he does a dang good job at it, if it is not he may be losing his accent. And does he know what he is gonna say before the show. I know to some degree it has to be somewhat planned but does he know all of what he is gonna say.

After listening to him for a while, it seems like stream of consciousness. He says whatever he happens to be thinking at the time. He may write down little notes, but a lot of it sounds like tangential thinking. It's good. I like it. And he really is from Scotland. If he was going to pretend to be some other nationality, why not French or something exotic? Look him up on IMbD.
