most likely depends
singers who dance like crrazy lip sync cuz it's reeeall hard to sing and dance at the same time
and anyone i repeat anyone who does sing and dance at the same time i give total props and kudos to
vocalists/singers who don't dance.. shouldn't lip sync... if they do then.. that's too bad :(

Almost every singer lip syncs. The only ones that I can think of that don't is Arcade Fire and Opeth.
